According to our survey (run in collaboration with Fertility Network UK), almost one in five people left their jobs or took a significant change in responsibilities at work whilst going through fertility challenges.

Fertility challenges can be incredibly difficult to go through, and this is especially so in the absence of proper workplace support.

Dr Raj Mathur is a consultant gynaecologist with a long and established career in Reproductive Medicine. He is also the chair of the British Fertility Society (BFS). We're so excited to welcome him as our guest speaker, alongside Fertifa's Medical Director, Gidon Lieberman, and Executive Director, Eileen Burbidge.

We will be discussing both the impact of fertility challenges on a workplace and the impact of a workplace on fertility outcomes. We will cover:

> The impact of fertility challenges and what this looks like in the workplace
> How to make the difficult process of fertility treatment easier for an individual
> How to adapt workplace structures to the needs of someone going through fertility changes
