Fertility challenges can be debilitating and career-impacting,  especially in the absence of proper workplace support.

A nationwide survey that Fertifa ran with Fertility Network UK earlier in November found that almost one in five people left their jobs or took a significant change in responsibilities at work whilst going through fertility treatment or challenges. With over 3,600 responses, this was UK's largest survey on fertility in the workplace and these numbers are too big to ignore.
